Unfortunately, no. Our building does not permit pets for guests.
Are parties or events allowed?
We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
Our rental comes with one deeded parking spot. Our building has 3 rows of tandem spaces that hold 3 regular-sized cars / midsized SUVs each (9 cars total). Larger pickup trucks are not allowed since they will take up more space than allowed for one spot. It's actually a pretty simple parking setup that we'll explain in more detail after booking. If you need more space, the closest large parking lot is the West End Parking Lot, located about a 4-5 minute walk further into the West End at the boat ramp / dog beach. That lot holds 45 metered spaces. The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight. Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
